Westside Panthers Football Club Coaching Requirements

A Westside Panthers F.C Coach commitment?

Your time commitment to a Westside Panthers F.C team varies, and is dependant on the age group or competition level which you are coaching, for teams in Small Sided Football up to 2-3 hours should be all you need. That would be just over 1 hour for training and 1 hour for your Saturday games. Typically for teams in the Junior competition up to 3-4 hours should be all you need. That would be 90 min for training and 90 min for your Saturday games. Seeking assistance of another person, typically a parent to become your team Manager should help you take care of the admin side of the team for you. If you seek assistance from another parent to become a Manager, you are best to seek someone that is able to help organise and complete the team’s administration i.e. match cards, team’s sheets, team events etc. This should take no more than 1 hour per week..

Westside Panthers Football Club is proud of these players and their commitment to the ‘World Game’.

One of the keys to Westside Panthers Football Club’s success  is that we are Dubbo's only club able to provide a clear pathway from Small Sided Football through to 1st grade. This achievement has come off the back of hard work and strategic planning from the clubs past and current committee. This success is also attributed to the players, coaches, parents, family and friends of Westside Panthers Football Club, as they too have play some part in making Westside Panthers Football Club the best club in Dubbo.
